1. Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In: Guests may check in from 3:00 PM onwards.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
2. Reservation and Cancellation:
- Reservations: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the check-in date are free of charge. For cancellations within 72 hours of check-in, one night's accommodation will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
3. Payment:
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required upon booking, particularly for long stays or group bookings.
4. Occupancy:
- Apartment Occupancy: Each apartment type has a maximum occupancy as specified. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or denial of accommodation.
5. Smoking Policy:
- Non-Smoking Apartments: All apartments and indoor areas are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of £50 will be applied for any breach of this policy.
6. Pets:
- Pet Policy: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the apartments or on the premises.
7. Noise and Disturbance:
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of respect for other guests.
8. Damages:
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s account.
9. Housekeeping:
- Cleaning Services: Apartments are cleaned before check-in. For stays longer than three nights, a complimentary cleaning service is available upon request. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.
10. Liability:
- Personal Belongings: Letlhakeng Park Route is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
11. Special Requests:
- Special Requests: Any special requests, such as additional bedding or early check-in, should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
12. Health and Safety:
- Health and Safety Compliance: Guests are required to adhere to all health and safety guidelines as provided by the property, including any applicable local regulations.
