At Letlhakeng Park Route Apartments, we prioritise the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. To provide clarity and flexibility, we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations by the Guest House: If Letlhakeng Park Route Apartments cancels your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay at no additional cost.
- Guest Cancellations:
- Flexible Bookings: Guests who cancel their booking more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in date.
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain special offers or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Please review the terms of your booking before confirming your reservation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- No-Show: If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
- Early Departure: Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.
Refund Request Process
- How to Request a Refund: Refund requests should be made by contacting our reservations team with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved.
Rescheduling
- Guests may reschedule their stay up to 48 hours before the original check-in date, subject to availability. Rescheduling may incur additional costs depending on the new dates chosen.
